Community is an essential. We have lost a lot of community support because of the dispersal of families. zoom an email are not quite enough to help with the need for a hug sometime or seeing a response in someone's eyes or taking a walk to share a deep conversation

agree, Francine -- one of the "things I came here for" is to invite and build community thru connections - (even tho I was taught in my youth to let someone else do it, now I'm the elder woman someONE!) picking up the phone, setting a date, going for a walk planned on 2 or more calendars together...putting myself where there are others who love to be outside in Nature sometimes in a pair, or a group...it's my "life work" these days of living in the Slow Lane, I'm a lover, a seeker and a gatherer...one day at a time,
