Carol, I just turned 70 in April and notice some big changes happening. I feel different. I find my spiritual focus and presence is stronger in so many situations. Many things that were once of great importance, like how I am seen in the world by others, carry less weight now. I focus more on how I see myself evolving and trusting that my heart is leading me to people and places where my light shines best. I struggle with accepting that it takes longer for me to physically do everything than it did even 3 years ago. So I give myself permission to rest when I need to. I recognize that so many of my peers are moving slower too and are all accomplishing what is most important to them just like I am. I look to you and your blog every week for support and encouragement. So much of what you share is exactly what I need to read and take in at the time. Thank you for your online presence. Your light shines like a brilliant star!
