This Week’s Reflection
“The old voice that led the charge through all the decades of your life until now could be counted on to shout from the mountaintop: Here I am everybody: the strong one. Take everything I’ve got. I’m powerful enough to meet all your needs. Have your way with me. I can take it.…
For so long, you thought you knew who you were: the one who could love until it hurt, putting the pieces back together, picking yourself up only to do it all over again. The one who could shoulder any yoke, never say no when entreated.
But now, here in the Land of Old Souls, the strange voice whispering to you of weakness and limitations that can no longer be denied has a new message for you.
I am the voice that knows who you really are and loves you all the more for it. I am the voice that heals.
